SERVICE
Our team offers year-round research lab tours, assistance with science competitions, and hands-on learning activities to students interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM).
This past summer, our team has developed and successfully implemented a new laboratory experience, Exploring the Nanoworld, for incoming undergraduate students at TAMU-CC. These hands-on learning activities were well received and highly ranked in the anonymous student evaluations conducted by the Collegiate STEM Institute at TAMU-CC, which sponsored the event. “The Collegiate STEM Institute is a four-week summer bridge program for incoming TAMU-CC undergrads who plan to major in Kinesiology, Nursing, or Health Sciences.“ The STEM Operation Success Program coordinator, Amanda Rose, and her team are highly acknowledged for their support and dedication.
